Board members are the back bone of the CHAN Project.  Members organize and advance CHAN's mission and purpose through networking, monitoring and managing financial principles, and establishing committees.  Board members improve functionality and plan the future.

Advisory Council

Our Advisory Council offers innovative advice and dynamic perspectives to the board of directors and executive staff.   Advisory council members are the "wise council" that work behind the scenes to ensure positive, growing experiences for all.

General Volunteers

General volunteers facilitate share groups, host fundraisers, and lead healing services such as online Zentangle classes or meditation sessions. General Volunteers are the pillars upon which The CHAN Project stands as they serve and lead their peers and the community in love.

Ways to Volunteer

Social Media Volunteers will oversee outreach and networking for the CHAN Project Facebook page, Instagram, Podcast, and online content!

Podcast Guests

 

Podcast Guests will be invited to engage in open dialogue to share experiences and knowledge on a wide range of topics such as emotional wellness, addiction, experiences with grief, and more!

Internships

Interns gain experience working in a nonprofit organization that is strongly involved in the community.  Interns collaborate with local schools and partner organizations to offer resources and tools to families in the area.   The objectives range from computer science to human services.
